By engaging Thomasverzo Co. ("we", "us", or "our") for insulation services, you agree to the following terms.
We provide residential and commercial insulation services including spray foam, attic, wall, crawl space insulation, and energy efficiency inspections within our advertised service area.
All written estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from those observed during initial inspection. Any changes will be communicated in writing before work proceeds.
A deposit may be required to schedule work. Final balance is due upon project completion unless other terms are agreed in writing.
Our workmanship is warrantied for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer.
Liability is limited to the value of services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage unrelated to our installation.
Scheduled work may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
